I initially had a disappointing experience with SA Bullion regarding the quality of the "Silver Krugerrand" coin I purchased.However, after raising my concerns, SA Bullion responded with professionalism and care that deserves recognition. They took the time to address my complaint thoroughly, replaced the coin, and even included an additional Silver Krugerrand from the subsequent year as a gesture of goodwill.The team’s efforts, particularly Zaid's & Abdullah's, were commendable, and their commitment to resolving the issue has restored my confidence in their service. While the initial experience was not ideal, the resolution was handled with sincerity and demonstrated their willingness to learn from feedback and improve.I hope this is a step towards consistent quality and transparency in all future dealings. Based on this resolution, I am open to considering SA Bullion for future investments.The only reason this remains a 4-star review instead of a 5-star one is that it took a public complaint for my initial inquiry to be resolved. That said, I believe this review fairly reflects your efforts and ongoing improvement.

My experience with SA Bullion was outstanding. I dealt with Thakier Salie who was excellent. Their admin is great (after I gave them the run around) and they paid a premium on some of the Kruger coins I sold, educating me along the way. Excellent service all round and highly recommended.

ON TWO SEPERATE OCCATIONS there have been somewhat poor internal delivery issues and time wasting processes that are cumbersome and unacceptably frustrating. thanks to Thakier for escalating and responding and updating on the matters and internal shortcomings. it has jaded my view on weather id continuing any future purchases when other suppliers have made it so easy.

We had the greatest Krugerrand purchasing experience working with Suhayl from SA Bullion. We had very specific requests and a difficult timeline to work with and Suhayl went above and beyond to make it a fantastic purchasing process. I was blown away with their service and ease to buy back my Krugerrands. They handled the courier service brilliantly and I didn't even need to go to a drop-off location as I stayed in another province to far away from their office. Their communication was fantastic and they kept me informed right throughout the process, until the payment was done with an immediate transfer. Professional beyond imagination. I will use their service without thinking twice in the future! Thank you Shuayl and Mogamat for your excellent service! Nathan has been incredibly helpful and professional. It is my first direct working with SA Bullion and they are miles ahead of their competitors. The service is simply amazing.5 days later and I am still waiting for a call back from their biggest competitor.
