My experience with SA Bullion was outstanding. I dealt with Thakier Salie who was excellent. Their admin is great (after I gave them the run around) and they paid a premium on some of the Kruger coins I sold, educating me along the way. Excellent service all round and highly recommended.

ON TWO SEPERATE OCCATIONS there have been somewhat poor internal delivery issues and time wasting processes that are cumbersome and unacceptably frustrating. thanks to Thakier for escalating and responding and updating on the matters and internal shortcomings. it has jaded my view on weather id continuing any future purchases when other suppliers have made it so easy.

I was blown away with their service and ease to buy back my Krugerrands. They handled the courier service brilliantly and I didn't even need to go to a drop-off location as I stayed in another province to far away from their office. Their communication was fantastic and they kept me informed right throughout the process, until the payment was done with an immediate transfer. Professional beyond imagination. Nathan has been incredibly helpful and professional. It is my first direct working with SA Bullion and they are miles ahead of their competitors.
